Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
